Product description

Dextrose Anhydrous is D-glucose crystallized with a water molecule. Dextrose is glucose of vegetable origin, obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch (Not genetically manipulated, absence of GMO). Its sweetening power (in 10% m/m solution) is equivalent to 75% of sucrose.MEC-professional provider of food ingredients.
